I ordered his highlighter THREE TIMES. They ALL came broken and customer service is awful. It’s a lose-lose with this brand.

I love love love Jeffree Star lip products. I refuse to buy anything else. Five stars for lips.
Bought my first palettes (the orgy and mini orgy) from JSC and I'm so disappointed. The big palette is fine. It's neutral mattes, nothing great or bad about it.
That mini palette though! I waited about 3-4 months for it to restock, checking everyday, and it's complete trash. Would not recommend! No color payout at all! I wear shimmers EVERYDAY. Even when spraying setting spray on my brush. It's complete garbage and would not recommend to anyone. Minus 3 stars for the rip off palette.

I purchased a loose setting powder from JSC and I wasn't too impressed. It left my skin looking cakey and had a very sickly sweet smell. The lipsticks are good and there are lots of shades to choose from. You can find the products on many beauty sites such as Beauty Bay however I don't think I would recommend this brand over other similar alternatives.

Ordered the nude bundle for a friend of mine for her birthday on November 28th 2020. After a month I still didn’t receive anything and I emailed them and they said duo Corona it will take longer. My package was still at Bell, Ca on December 5th. It’s March 19th and I still didn’t receive anything and my package is still in Bell, Ca? So I guess it went “poof” Tried to contact them several times but nothing happens. I contacted PayPal and opened a case. Luckily I got my money back. This will be the first and last time I pre ordered something there .

I recently ordered 5 Velour Liquid Lipsticks (Tea Bag, Plastic Surgery, Dominatrix, Scorpio and Delicious). Only one of them was true to the color that they show you on the website (dominatrix) Scorpio and delicious looked EXACTLY the same which online they look totally different. Tea bag ended up looking more tan than brown and plastic surgery looked more Cooper/orange than brown. They’re good products but they look nothing like I ordered. Disappointing because they’re like $18 per piece.

I am a big fan of wearing makeup and playing all of the colors. I believe makeup is an accessory to the face that makes it beautiful and confident. For Christmas, my sister and mom gave this Jeffree Star palette, called Blood Money, one of his recent releases. Blood Money is a fun eye shadow palette made by the famous MUA Jeffree star. It consists of many fun colors on the green spectrum, but also has many neutral colors that can still give a good pop. It is the 4th edition of Star's Blood collection. It is presented in a beautiful faux alligator case with gold clasp to keep it shut. This palette has many bold green colors ranging from matte to metallic to extreme wet. Plus! It is vegan and cruelty free.
The presentation of this palette is definitely the definition of sophistication and beauty. It does give off the vibe that you feel like a million bucks and that you have money in this palette! I love the color palette that Jeffree puts together in this palette! It consists of many shades of green, from "Crocodile Tears" green to "Persuasion" brown. I love all the shimmery and glittery shades, I am a very big fan of sparkle and it is my kind of speed. I do wish there was more green to the palette, but Star did state in one of his videos that he wanted it to be more about money and being a bougie kind of vibe and not coming off as St. Patrick's day. It is really easy to apply on the eye! It has strong enough colors to wear on the eye and will fall onto your face with elegance. It's not too harsh and heavy on your eyes and you don't feel your eyes getting heavy.
This palette has the best combination of colors to wear when you are going for a neutral, sophisticated look to a bold statement look to get people to turn their heads your way. If you're looking for a palette like that, this is a palette for you. I love this palette! I especially love wearing compliments on bluish and greenish eyes to give it a pop! I've never used Jeffree Star cosmetics until this palette and it makes me want to get all of his products! I hope you guys love it!

I ordered Jeffree Star through Beauytlish and during the PayPal transaction it booted me directly to Jeffree Star. Big mistake. Never order directly through Jeffree Star. They are horrid. This booted the colors back to the default on the Jeffree Star page. I noticed this right away and contacted Beautylish who was very helpful but said that I had to contact Jeffree Star as it was now in their order bank. Jeffree Star has NO PHONE NUMBER FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I contacted them through Email and through their site customer service spot. They never responded to either. I contacted them three different times through both mediums. They eventually sent the wrong product almost a month after the order (missing Christmas). Their website is very unclear about exchanges. Just Don't.

I don't even want to give this crap place a 1 star! This is the second time I've ordered for my daughter and both times has been horrible delivery times. I placed an order on Dec 2nd received confirmation on the 3rd. I had to email them asking where the order was on the 16th. Finally got an email that a shipping label was created on the afternoon of the 16th. Then on the 17th got a response to my inquiry that they would contact their shipping department to see where my order was. On Dec 23rd I emailed AGAIN because my order was never shipped after the label was created. USPS had no knowledge of this package at this point. NOW I get an email saying that it has finally shipped and can expect delivery on Dec 30th. So my daughter's Christmas gift that I ordered on the 2nd will be here on the 30th (supposedly). I will never order from this place again! This is the second time with this place! Never again! I don't know how this company will stay afloat with customer service like this! Jeffree Star should be ashamed!

I am blown away by all of it! Quality, packaging (weird bc I never cared about it before...) softest, most beautiful robe ever! Jacket good quality came with coat hanger! I wish I could buy more hangers, mirror, pallet, makeup bag... couldn't be happier!

Love Jeffree Star Cosmetics ❤ I always look forward to growing my collection. I got my Halloween box and it's absolutely adorable, I loved every item. Couldn't do a YouTube video because some of its for my mom for Christmas but I'm sooo glad I got the big one.... blood lust is bomb ????

First time ordering from Jeffery star website and I’m very pleased. I ordered on 11-05-20 and got delivered this morning 11-09-20. Got the blue blood pallet, the blood sugar pallet, controversy pallet and the Mini conspiracy pallet. Very pleased and my daughter will be happy xmas morning.

I’m not quite sure why the reviews here are so negative, but I’ve always had a great experience with Jeffree Star Cosmetics. I once had a package delivered destroyed, but they were accommodating, even though it was most likely the courier’s fault. Also, when a courier took my package to the wrong city, they refund my money. Their customer service is polite & they’re pretty quick in their response time. I might be the odd person here, but I’m really happy with their services.
In terms of product quality, that’s A+ grade. I love how pigmented everything is, the colour stories, the selection, the sizes, & honestly everything. The packaging is beautiful too. I collect those and the cards inside too. ????
I also love that they have multiple payment options & they ship to Canadian PO Boxes.
I’d recommend JSC on any day to anyone who is willing to listen. Whether you’re a makeup enthusiast, a collector or a MUA, JSC are must haves.
